An outstanding coffee table of the highest quality.
Incredibly beautiful veneers displayed to the surface with a dramatic stripe of heartwood running down the centre with thick solid wood edgebanding.
This is a very beautiful design. The shape of the legs have a slightly splayed appearance which gives the table a lovely poise. This design very seldom appears, we could only find one other example online. It is most likely designed by Johannes Andersen, Henning Korch or Illum Wikkelso all of whom are known to have designed for C.F. Christensen.
One of the nicest coffee tables we have seen.
