Attractive metal framed chair with striking Brazilian rosewood wrap around armrest. Very strong architectural aesthetic with a paired down slim minimalist silhouette, the chairs have a lovely poise and presence. The original nubby fabric is beautiful and is the perfect texture and colour for this design.
We have not seen this design before but we are confident they are British in origin and very much in the style of Robin Day.
The upholstered seats are designed to unclip from the frame. One chair retains an original label for a London furniture hire company.
