A very attractive abstract oil on board by Swedish artist John Wipp (1927-2005).
An attendee of The Slade School Of Fine Art London, Wipp had a critically acclaimed career which later saw him appointed as Professor of painting at the Royal College of Art, Stockholm.
He exhibited throughout his career including The Royal Acadamy Of Art in Stockholm and his work is held be several modern art museums in Sweden.
This painting is titled ‘From The Forest’, it is signed and presented in the original frame.
