Very hard to find sideboard designed by Arne Hovmand Olsen for Mogens Kold, Denmark.
A very handsome and finely detailed design with beautiful sculptural qualities. The carcass appears to float above the leg frame allowing light to pass through to wonderful effect.
Four simple elegant sliding doors behind which you will find shelf space, three internal drawers lined with green baize and ample storage space in the centre.
The surface features a finely crafted fin that follows the sides and back edge.
The reverse is also finished in teak allowing the sideboard to be used free standing as a room divider. It is slightly slimmer than the average sideboard which would be useful for certain applications such as a hallway.
This is the first time we have stocked this design. In terms of construction it is the highest quality sideboard we have handled.
