Very very hard to find and aesthetically stunning chair design by Arne Vodder and produced by France & Son, Denmark.
Featuring a frame crafted from solid teak with brass joinery allowing a tilting action to the backrest. The chair is in outstanding original condition and retains its original black leather upholstery which has the most wonderful patina.
This is a very desirable early production from the mid to late 50’s. Later examples have slightly less elegant frames.
