Very graceful and beautifully detailed desk chair designed by Arne Vodder in the 1960s. Vodder’s association with Finn Juhl is often evident when evaluating his work. The lovely raised horns at each corner of the backrest are good examples of this, please note the raised ridge that flows from the top of these horns sweeping down until it merges into the armrest, such a lovely detail.
Crafted from solid Brazilian rosewood exhibiting very dramatic and pleasing grain patterns. Newly upholstered in a Tan colour leather that compliments the colour of the timber perfectly.
Offered in excellent condition. This is a very fine example of a hard to find design.
