A very rarely seen model by arguably the greatest Danish designer of sideboards Arne Vodder.
Featuring a bank of four large drawers to the centre, the uppermost with cutlery compartments lines with green Baize.
Symmetrically to each side of the drawers is a cabinet with height adjustable shelf lined with Maple. Designed by Vodder as part of the award winning ‘Triennale’ range of sideboards in the mid 50’s. This model shares many of the characteristics of other models within the range including an attractive raised fin to the rear of the surface as well as distinctive legs and drawer pulls as part of Vodders visual design vocabulary.
The carcass is produced from Teak with wonderful grain character exhibited to the surface. The legs are produced from contrasting Oak.
A rare item of the very highest quality offered in excellent condition.
