A very elegant teak tray table, model 4508, designed by H. Engholm and Sven Aage Willumsen for Fritz Hansen in 1957.
The circular Teak tray is embraced upon wonderfully sculpted blade shaped legs. The legs hinged to allow the legs to be folded flat for ease of storage. Retaining early ink stamp to the base. This example with particularly pleasing grain and colour displayed to the tray surface.
Excellent condition with a particularly nice surface. There is one screw missing from the base, we did try to replace it but the thread appears to be worn. This does not effect the stability of functionality of the table when assembled.
The most beautiful side table you can find in our opinion. Always a favourite item to have in stock. We currently have three of these in stock. Two produced from Teak and one in Rosewood.
