A very rarely seen ‘Paper Knife’ sofa designed by Kai Kristainsen for Magnus Olesen.
Crafted from solid rosewood the frame is a sculptural masterpiece exhibiting incredible finesse and as such is recognised as one of Kai Kristiansens greatest designs.
Featuring all new cushions covered in a very high quality wool tweed. The colour and texture very sympathetic to the materials originally offered in the early 60’s. The colour of this fabric also perfectly compliments the tone of the timber to excellent effect.
Produced by Magnus Olesen with makers label to the underside.
Offered in excellent condition, no issues or problems, only very mild age related wear.
