A Danish design classic. kristian Solmer Vedel designed the ‘Modus’ range of furniture in 1963 for cabinetmakers Soren Willadsen.
Crafted from soild Brazilian rosewood with black leather upholstery. The design and construction is very unique resulting in a very comfortable chair, perfect for reading. An excellent lounge chair for small areas that are tight on space.
This particular chair and footstool is completely original and offered in very good condition with only mild age related wear and a beautiful patina to the leather.
