Beautiful Model 166 ‘Senator’ chair designed by Ole Wanscher for France & Son, Denmark.
Produced from solid Brazilian Rosewood this design looks absolutely stunning executed in this timber. Only a relatively small amount of chairs were produced in Rosewood in the mid to late 60’s.
A hard to find chair. This example offered in excellent condition with original sprung cushions upholstered in new leather. This leather carefully chosen to match the sheen and grain of the original hides offered.
