One of our all time favourite designs, the model 147 chair designed by Peter Hvidt & Orla Molgaard Nielsen is one of the most graceful Danish Modern chairs. A combination of the very expressive fluid lines of the frame with the rattan backrest allowing light to pass gives the chair a wonderful aesthetic.

We once positioned one of these chairs in our home. It sat by a large window with a planted balcony behind. The Rattan backrest allowed the view to pass through the furniture which created a perfect combination.
